Badminton Excellence Program
The Simply Sport Foundation has introduced the Badminton Excellence Program to tackle the decline in talent from Karnataka. Identifying the absence of advanced training facilities as the core issue, the program has been established at Machaxi Sports Center in Bellandur, Bengaluru. This initiative aims to discover and nurture a talent pool capable of competing at the highest level. Former National champion Arvind Bhat is leading the program, supported by donors, to develop top-level badminton players.

The state-of-the-art badminton excellence program will cater to training senior and junior level players from across the country in both male and female category. The program's vision is to nurture talent who can represent the country at the future Olympics.

The professional state-of-the-art badminton academy is being spearheaded by ex-Indian badminton player Arvind Bhat. The academy will be based in Bangalore, a hotbed for the sport of badminton in India.
